More About UsOur in-house joiners handcraft all our products. We utilise traditional techniques combined with accurate machinery to produce consistent quality. We use various joining techniques, including mortise and tenon joints (the most common, known for their simplicity and strength) and finger joints (known for their superior strength due to their long-grain to long-grain contact and aesthetic). We pre-finish all our products using a tri-coating system, applying a base coat and two top coats of TEKNOS microporous paint or stain. This ensures a smooth and complete finish of the highest quality.
More About Our MaterialsWe use only the highest quality paints and finishes to combine lasting preservation technology with flawless results that perform to the latest in European performance standards. Treating our timber in this fashion gives you access to an extensive range of British Standard Colours and Teknos paint systems that provide a 10-year lifespan, increasing to 15 years or more when used with Accoya. Teknos finishes are water-based, offering superior timber protection while being environmentally sensitive. We pre-finish all our products, meaning no finishing is done onsite, saving you time and hassle.
