Our timber of choice is Accoya, which has been specially treated and resists rot, won’t warp or twist, and requires very little maintenance compared to traditional timber – making it an excellent choice for any property. Accoya carries a manufacturer-backed guarantee of 50 years against rot specifically. Our DHW 5-year warranty is in addition to the manufacturer-backed guarantee as stated above.

**Note that any damage sustained to the windows/ doors or other products during fitting that affects the structural integrity of the window /paint system will need to be rectified before the 5-year warranty will be valid. This may incur costs at DHW’s discretion, depending on the severity of the damage.
