Sharon is our co-founder and Director, from a legacy of joinery excellence she is a inspirational leader and woman in business. She excels in collaboration with architects, builders, structural engineers, and planning consultants and her industry insights have shaped our distinguished team and products.
Michael is our Managing Director and handles all of DHW's strategic and operational elements. He joined DHW in 2014 with his vast experience in running businesses and has elevated our excellence in craftsmanship and service to the point that we are now renowned across Northern England.
David co-founded DHW in 1989. Now in a semi-retired phase of his career, he remains actively engaged in site visits, consults on larger projects, and conducts new-build surveys, drawing upon his vast experience and exceptional craftsmanship to inspire excellence in every endeavor.

Jo is our Sales Consultant who is dedicated to guiding you through each detail and option. Jo is a mum to a little boy and spends her spare time with friends and family.
Lindsey deals with the admin and finance functions within David H Wright Joinery. She is also responsible for customer communications; whether that be by phone or email. Lindsey is a mum of two and loves holidays in warm places!
Emma works in our sales and production departments offering admin and sales support to our clients and internal teams. Emma spends her spare time with her family and enjoys being a mum of two.

Kelly is our Sales Consultant who will guide you through every detail and option. In her spare time, Kelly is active; she walks, enjoys the gym, and plays football with a local team. She is also a passionate musicophile with an infectious love of music, live events, and concerts.
John is a qualified joiner and our longest serving member of the team, having joined in 1989. John loves river/pond fishing and walking his dog.
James is a production supervisor. James is a qualified joiner and has worked with us since 2009. James can usually be found under the bonnet or underneath his car as he loves car maintenance or test track driving at places such as the Nurburgring in Germany.
Josh is qualified in Bench Joinery. In his spare time he enjoys playing football and fishing.
Shelley has been working with wood for 3 decades. She oversees the Assembly and Paint Workshop. In her spare time, she does boxing and also makes bespoke furniture.
James works in our main production department. He is a keen Leeds United fan and also loves Formula 1 motor racing.
Vincent is qualified in Bench Joinery, skilled in curved work. He enjoys going on long walks with his family in his spare time.
Connor has recently re-joined the Company as an experienced Bench Joiner. He was a professional rugby player and still enjoys the game.

Danny has been one of our senior site joiners since 2004 and installs our finished products into the properties of our customers. Danny loves socialising and walking his dog when he’s not watching football.
Dominic is undertaking his apprenticeship with us, studying NVQ Carpentry & Woodwork.
