We manufactured and installed a full set of single hung sliding sash windows, handcrafted from Sapele. This durable and stable hardwood is an excellent choice for exterior joinery, offering longevity and a beautiful grain that looks stunning with a painted finish. Each window was designed to replicate the original proportions, including authentic details like slender sash horns and traditional mouldings.
Our Sash WindowsThe front door is the focal point of any home. We crafted a statement wooden front door, finished in a classic, deep green. The design complements the period style of the house, complete with traditional panelling and high-quality brass hardware.
More Doors Before & AfterThe project’s most intricate element was preserving the client’s cherished stained glass. Our specialists carefully removed the original panels. These were then expertly encapsulated inside new, high-performance double-glazed units. This process protects the delicate leadwork and glass from the elements, improves insulation and security, and allows the stunning designs to be enjoyed for decades to come, free from draughts and condensation. The restored panels were fitted into a hallway window and in a transom light above the new front door, flooding the entrance with coloured light.
