Help With Listed Building Consent (LBC)

Obtaining Listed Building Consent is free of charge and generally takes up to 8 weeks. Contact us, and we will guide you through how to apply and secure permission to replace your listed windows and advise on suitable styles such as wooden sash windows or casement windows.

If windows have previously been replaced with something not keeping with the original period style, then planning permission will now require a more appropriate design.

We supply detailed section drawings with our quotation to obtain your LBC and can also liaise with any heritage or conservation society consultants if required.
